Monday: Light and Creamy Orzo Primavera with served with a big leafy green salad.

Tuesday: Lightened Up Crock Pot Beef Stroganoff with steamed green beans.

A traditional beef stroganoff made easy and light. Throw it in the slow cooker in the morning and come home to a hearty, family pleasing dinner!

Wednesday: Easy Weeknight Lo Mein.
