It’s Sunday and we’ve got a fresh and delicious free menu plan, with a printable grocery list…all for free!

This week is salad heavy…both as a main dish OR as a side dish. So you’ll want to stock up on leafy greens. Try to stay away from iceberg lettuce. You’ll get much more bang (not to mention flavor) for your nutritional buck if you gravitate towards butter, green or red leaf lettuce. Or maybe try some arugula for a peppery bite!
