This week’s menu plan is really fun and varied – lots of spices (flavorful, not spicy!) to tempt your taste buds!  These recipes are some of my favorites…a super easy lo mein that comes together in 20 minutes. Cozy tortilla soup. Even some crock pot beef barbacoa that’ll knock your socks off!

Friday: Go out to eat or have some delicious leftovers!

Saturday: Easy Weeknight Lo Mein (even though it’s a weekend).
