It’s Sunday and we’ve got a fresh and delicious free menu plan, with a printable grocery list…all for free!

Coming off of Valentines, you might be ready to detox from some heavy food and ALL THE CANDY. All the chocolate!! I’ve got some simple and delicious recipes on the menu plan this week, including an easy breakfast for dinner, a zesty tortilla soup and one of my favorite spring salads.

Monday: Green Vegetable Frittata with fresh fruit.



Tuesday: Chicken Tortilla Soup


Wednesday: Lightened Up Crock Pot Beef Stroganoff


Thursday: Chinese Chicken and Asparagus Salad.


Friday: Go out for dinner, have some leftovers, grab some (healthy) takeout!

Saturday: Shrimp Zoy over whole wheat pasta with green salad.

Sunday: Garlic Lemongrass Grilled Pork Loin with Coconut Lime Rice and steamed broccoli.


Breakfast: Strawberry Yogurt Muffins
